MOOSE - 4 years old, 56 pounds, may be timid at first, warms up quickly, fun, friendly, house trained.
Moose is just a big puppy! He’s shy at first but don’t let him fool you for long. Once he is comfortable, he is jumpy and mouthy and all sorts of fun! Moose loves to run and he loves to play! He didn’t really chase tennis balls or toys but instead would run around and around and then sneak up to you to give you kisses! Moose was adopted but unfortunately is back now, again looking for a new home. Although we've seen the active, jumpy boy we used to know, Moose settled down very quickly outside and we had a lovely stroll together. He was perfect on the leash.
Moose is...
-a heavy chewer and loves KONGS,
-used to having someone home with him most of the day
-...but is crate trained if his family has to leave,
-used to going on several walks a day,
-scared of plastic bags,
-good with neighbor kids but there was always supervision,
-chases outdoor cats and squirrels,
-might need a muzzle at the vet but not at the groomer,
-may lick his paws too much
-has allergies,
-used to sleeping with his family in the bed.
And he even makes the funniest bubbles! lol
