BOZORG - 5-8 years old, 60 pounds, nervous

BOZORG was abandoned at the shelter. Yep. Right in our lobby. No words here. 

*So let's get past this and tell you how Bozorg is nervous and wary of new people and this new environment he was literally thrown into. Who wouldn't after this treatment, though, right? 

*This very handsome boy, cropped ears and tail, will need time to learn to trust a new family. He is showing us he can, however. He is ok with leashing and leading him out. He is treat motivated which is very helpful.

*Outside Bozorg seemed interested in all the new-ness around him. I just let him be. He sniffed all around and came back for treats. 

*I had to be careful bc he has a very hard mouth when taking treats. I just tossed the treats to him for now.

*Bozorg is listed as a Cane Corso, a breed which may not be meant for every household. Please do your research before considering adoption.

*We don't know much else about Bozorg so we will continue to update as we learn more.

*For now, if you see something that draws you in, come out to meet him. He is in our large dog adoption kennel but if you don't see him, please just ask!
