SOUR PATCH - 1-5 years old, 30 pounds, adorable, dog tolerant, playful, good on leash. Let’s get the obvious out of the way. Sour Patch is adorable. With his short stubby legs, wrinkly face and his white and tan fur, Sour Patch will turn heads. BUT please don’t adopt him (or anyone else for that matter) before you research the breed. It’s important to make sure breed specifics and personality fit your home and lifestyle. Sour Patch is showing those who have met him to be a fun and playful boy although it took a hot minute for this round low rider to get used to the shelter surroundings. He is curious about new people around him but may not be ready (right away) for new people to handle him. Time. Patience. He seems to be a bit more comfortable with women at the start. When it comes to other dogs, he seems tolerant but as we have all seen, there’s always a line that shouldn’t be crossed so supervision is vital. If you’re interested, come on out to meet him!
