Found on 5/24 on Amberbrooke Arch. No collar or chip recorded Emmanuel came in as a stray and his owner never came for him. We don't know much about him but he has been very friendly with staff. He does need to be the only pet in the home. It was discovered while in the shelter that he is heartworm positive (spread by mosquitos).
